ICT Consultant (IT Service Desk Executive) – Kandy
Qualifications:
– B.Sc in an IT related field or part qualification
– ITIL certification or knowledge preferred
Experience:
– 2 years + experience in an IT helpdesk/service desk environment
Skills:
– Ability to converse in Sinhala, Tamil & English
– Basic computer troubleshooting skills
– Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
– Business analysis skills to translate customer requirements to technical documents (optional)
– Basic software development/SQL skills (optional)
– Self-driven, dynamic and a good team player
