Who are we looking for: Software Business Analyst the successful candidate will, under general direction, conduct business and systems analysis, manage feature scope, lead software and process design changes, and generate business domain features & functionalities documentation. The business Analyst will work closely with our senior consultants in assisting in domain knowledge and requirements gathering.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

– 4 year bachelor degree (e.g. Engineering , Computer Science, Physical Science , Management) with IT Knowledge or equivalent experience a PLUS
– Must have at least 3 years of Business Analysis experience in the domain of Facilities Management ( FM ) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
– Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, user interface/interaction design as applicable to enterprise software and Cloud/ web-based applications
– Solid understanding of requirements& Business processes FM and ERP domain
– Must be detail oriented
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple assignments simultaneously
– Experience in analyzing business requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, UML and Structured Analysis
– Familiar with cutting edge technologies and applications like Web Base Applications, Mobile devices, SQL, Business intelligences reporting and dashboards, etc

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Lead business and technical analysis to capture new features and functionalities of the domain specific Solutions /applications to meet current and projected business needs
– Prepare Business Analysis and formal requirements documentation
– Provide expertise on the application capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals
– Align Project Managers on business requirements, system requirements, application functionality and strategy
– Provide requirement analysis and support for the project management, application development, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
– Act as liaison between the Technology department and other business units.
– Delivery of informative, well-organized presentations
– Other duties as assigned.
