Receptionist // Coordinator Female
You’ll be required to perform multiple tasks including coordinating & handling communication with clients. Initially, you’ll be the first person a visitor will see. As first impressions count, this means you shall have a pleasant disposition, a helpful attitude & a memorable voice.
The prerequisites are:
• Age: 20 – 35 years.
• The GCE ‘O’ Level Examination is the minimum academic qualification.
• A good knowledge of English – both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle correspondence independently.
• Knowledge of Accounts, prior experience in Media / Advertising will be considered added advantages.
• Previous experience in Multi-tasking will give you an edge – but is not a prerequisite.
• Those who live in Colombo area will be given priority.
