Requirements :
• Postgraduate Qualifications in Human Resource Management
• More than 5 years of Experience in the field of HR and Administration out of which 2 years of IT industry exposure.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Sinhala
• Must be conversant with contemporary Human Resource Management practice
• Must be proactive, organized, disciplined with a high level of value addition and initiative
• Should possess good PR skills together with pleasant personality
• Age between 30-45 years
