– Candidate should be between 18-30 years of age male or Female
– Six months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
– Six months face-to-face customer service experience
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum Qualification:
– Successful completion of the G.C.E. 0/L & A/L Examinations
– Possess good communication skills in Sinhala / English / Tamil (Spoken & Written)
– Travelling distance should be within a 20Km radius of below given address
