We are on the lookout for TALKATIVE St PASSIONATE Call Center executives for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 12. Working hours will be 11AM to 8PM – Monday to Friday.
❑ Dialing outbound sales calls.
❑ Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and via e-mails ❑ Provide customers with product and service information.
❑ Enter new customer information to the system.
❑ Able to meet daily and monthly targets.
❑ G.C.E 0/L or A/L
❑ Good communications skills in English are a must.
❑ Fluency in Hindi & Tamil would be an added advantage
❑ Organizational skills, Team work and Friendly personality
❑ Proficiency in Internet/email and Microsoft Office applications.
❑ School leavers are encouraged to apply.
What we will offer you? Selected candidates will be offered with an attractive remuneration package above Industry standards. Since this is a target oriented job role we have a very good commission structure with an average of LKR 50,000 purely based on performance. Along with commission, attendance bonus and benefits based on the qualifications, experience and performance.
