A software development company backed by a leading Telco is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, results oriented young person for the post of Head of Customer Service.

– He/she should possess a degree in Marketing/Sales or full qualification in SLIM/CIM.
– Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in handing Customer Care and Sales.
– This must include experience in managing large teams with overall ownership.
– A proven track record of excellent people management experience.
– Overseeing customer care, sales, training, motivating the team and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
– A team player with a high level of leadership capabilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels including leadership team.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English, Sinhala (fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
– An attractive remuneration package on par with the industry standards will be offered for the right candidate.
