Business Development Manager (Sri Lanka)

Work Role:
– Developing company profile and branding strategies, product policies
– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospect and evaluating their position; researching and
analyzing sales options
– Ability to think deeply and quantitatively about business problems, breaking down problems and
presenting innovative solutions while eveluating the pros and cons of each option
– Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to business problems, anticipating situations and needs
and finding flexible answers to new situations; championing innovation to improve business performance
– Team up with technicale team to buid new solutions for customer including presentations
– Developing and implementing marketing plan and Achieve sales targets
– build relationship with principals/partners

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years experience preferably in a similar capacity
– Excellent interpersonal Communication Skills
– Must have a proven track record
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional qualifications:
– Experience in Smart Home Devices
– Candidates from integrated IT solutions backgrounds and experience in handling customers, with a selling mindset would encourage to apply
