Qualifications and experience

Full or part marketing qualifications
Full or part HR qualifications
Should be highly fluent in English. Those educated in international schools would have a greater advantage.
1-2 years experience handling HR/ Admin duties is advantegous
Hands on experince in social media platforms is a must
Job Role

Responsible for the general office manager duties
Ensuring the Office is maintained to required standards
Payroll handling
Addressing employee concerns
Assist the Country Manager with day-to-day activities
Assist with online marketing campaigns through social media
Communicate with Canadian clients on the progress
Working hours: 1 – 10pm on 5 1/2 days, Saturday half day
Starting salary : LKR 30 – 40
Transport provided in the night hours – if residing within 5 Km distance from Kohuwala
Personal Attributes and skills
Should possess good leadership skills
Strong communication skills is a must
Clear voice would be an advantage
